What is referred to as the build up when strong winds, rain and lightning indicate when the "Wet Season" has begun in the Top End of the Northern Territory. Lasting 6 months of the year with frequent storms and heavy showers battering the Top End. The circles on the painting represent water rock holes (Winji) (Binka) created by the heavy rains.
